In celebration of their 45th Anniversary, The Westgate Hotel invites guests to rediscover the Fontainebleau’s timeless dishes with a three course throwback menu prepared and served tableside. Guests will start their journey to the past with the original Caesar Salad with artisan romaine hearts, dressing made tableside and topped with shaved Parmesan Reggiano and sourdough crostini, followed by a traditional Chateaubriand Beef Tenderloin with mushrooms and Brussel sprouts and end their meal with Cherries Jubilee, flambĂ©ed Maraschino cherries with bourbon vanilla ice cream.
