What is the first thing you do when you wake up? Without exception, I devote 20 to 30 minutes to breathwork combined with meditation. I have been practicing the Wim Hof method, which is a mixture of a specific type of breathwork and cold-water submersion.
What is the most important thing you do to keep yourself on track when it comes to exercising? Make it so fun that it becomes addictive. Instead of hitting the gym, I ride mountain bikes with friends. Instead of a treadmill, I run stairs at the beach or surf. I love staying active and I need it for my sanity, but I try to do things that keep me connected to nature and bring joy into my life.
