One of the things I love about Kundalini is that it is not... just meditation—it incorporates movement, breathwork and mantra too. Because there is a lot going on, you can burn significant calories doing it (at least in my classes!).

What’s one thing you’ve done in the last year to change your health? This past year, my bath ritual has become its own spiritual experience. I find the more sacred I treat this time, and the less I worry about how late it takes place (and how I could maybe use that extra 30 minutes of sleep), the more relaxed my face looks and my body feels. I’m currently obsessed with the Martini Emotional Detox bath soak by Goop.
