If you’re a Barbie girl in a Barbie world, you might want to get your credit card ready. Mattel’s plastic queen is loading her Barbie Truck with lots of exclusive goodies and celebrating the 50th anniversary of the iconic Malibu Barbie toy with a pop-up shop on wheels.
It’s the Barbie Malibu Tour, and it kicks off this weekend in Santa Barbara running all the way to Houston by mid-December.

Barbie does everything in style, so she’s painted the Barbie Truck in cool ‘70s beach tones, packing it with my-size Barbie looks and accessories that will add a pop of pink to your wardrobe. All the merch is retro-inspired, taking its cues from Malibu Barbie’s vintage roots.
Come to the pop-up for exclusive embroidered denim jackets and Barbie-logo hoodies. Rock a tie-dye bucket hat, snag a Barbie shopping tote, or fuel your work day with a Barbie-logo mug. There will be Malibu Barbie beach towels, thermal bottles, necklaces and more—everything you need to Barbie-fy your life from head to toe. Items run from $12 to $75, and all purchases can be made by credit card.
Bring your camera, because Barbie’s pop-up offers tons of photo opps, and there will also be special giveaways and Barbie-branded popsicles to help you beat the heat.
Concerned about the crowd? The Barbie Malibu Tour is enforcing COVID-19 safety measures to ensure every guest has a safe and comfortable shopping experience.
The Barbie Malibu Tour isn’t the only celebration going down in 2021. Barbie collaborated with a string of brands and designers on Malibu Barbie goodies, including Moxi X Malibu Barbie roller skates from Moni, hairstyle goods from Chi, a special capsule collection from Stoney Clover Lane and a lot more.
The goodies available at the Barbie Malibu Tour pop-up are unique and exclusive to this roaving activation.
