BiCE San Diego’s upcoming Sardinian Wine Dinner will take place Friday, August 8 at 6:30PM. BiCE will transport guests to the Mediterranean island of Sardinia with a four-course wine pairing dinner featuring fine wines and cuisine reminiscent of the beautiful region. Executive Chef Mario Cassineri and Chef de Cuisine Francesca Penoncelli have created a menu inspired by some of their favorite Sardinian dishes to pair with the region’s essential wines. This special dinner is priced at $65.00 per person, with a portion of the proceeds will benefiting the FSH Society, which funds research for FSH muscular dystrophy.
