California has an abundance of wine tasting regions, but one event brings two premier destinations for one ultimate weekend. Beginning Feb. 23, BlendFest on the Coast highlights blended wines from Paso Robles in the PCH-adjacent towns of Cambria and San Simeon.
Every January and February, Highway 1 Road Trip presents its Coastal Discovery & Stewardship Celebration for travelers to appreciate the beauty of the Central Coast and its migrating species. BlendFest is part of that celebration and in addition to honoring the wine region, it implores guests to explore the area.
However, due to inclement weather, a number of events have been postponed. The Sunset Grand Tasting and Coastal Excursions will now take place in the fall— a vibrant season as known by longtime locals. In the meantime, indoor events are still a go.
