THE PARTY The Broadway-bound musical Hands on a Hardbody, about a group of Texans trying to win a truck, proved it’s in no need of a tune-up during its premiere at the Mandell Weiss Theatre. THE PLAYERS Among the guests were the musical’s star, Tony Award nominee Keith Carradine; his daughter, Martha Plimpton; and the original Hands on a Hardbody documentary filmmaker, Robb Bindler. THE SCENE After the rock musical premiered, Phish frontman Trey Anastasio and Amanda Green, who co-composed the score, performed at the car dealership-decorated party. Think flags and used car signs.
