Garnish: Lemon Peel optional
Materials:
1 1/2 oz. Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon
1/2 oz. Liber & Co. Barrel-Infused Demerara Syrup
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Pear Brandy
1/2 oz. Soda Water
In a shaking tin, combine Garrison Brothers, syrup, lemon juice and pear brandy. Shake and strain into a Collins glass over ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon peel (optional).

Garnish: Lemon Wheel and Cinnamon Stick
Materials:
2 oz. Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Cinnamon Simple Syrup
1/4 oz. Honey
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Hot Water
In a mug, combine Garrison Brothers, lemon juice, simple syrup, honey and bitters. Top with hot water and garnish with a lemon wheel and cinnamon stick.

Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Orange Peel & Cherry
Materials:
2 oz. Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon
1/2 oz. Liber & Co. Barrel-Infused Demerara Syrup
2 Dashes Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas Bitters
In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients over ice and stir for 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with an orange peel and cherry.
