Wildland and Lilo
Come 2024, partners John Resnick and chef Eric Bost will grow the culinary offerings in Carlsbad with the debut of a 10,000-square-foot space that will house two new restaurants. Currently known for Carlsbad’s Michelin-starred Jeune et Jolie and Campfire, the dynamic duo will bring Wildland (a no-reservations, casual all-day cafe, bakery and bar) and Lilo (a seasonally driven 22-seat chef’s table experience) to the North County neighborhood. Let the fanfare begin.
