On Saturday, May 21, Chef Gavin Kaysen brings his award-winning skill to Addison’s kitchen for a springtime evening of singular elegance featuring eight unforgettable courses. A Food & Wine Best New Chef, Kaysen owns and helms the kitchen of Minneapolis’ Spoon and Stable, a 2015 James Beard Award Finalist for Best New Restaurant.
