In 1937, Bing Crosby started the party. Now the excitement of Thoroughbred racing returns when the Bing Crosby Season gets underway on Wednesday, November 3rd. Then Del Mar hosts the richest two days in horse racing with the Breeders’ Cup World Championships on Friday, November 5th and Saturday, November 6th. The beauty and action of Del Mar continues every Friday through Sunday, plus a full day of racing and special holiday fare on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 25th.

The 2021 Bing Crosby Season at Del Mar features great Thoroughbred action every race day, highlighted by the Turf Festival, November 25 – 28, with seven graded stakes races totaling over $1.5 million in purses.

First post will be 12:30 p.m. on all days except Thanksgiving, where post time is 11:00 a.m.

But there’s even more fun at Del Mar this fall. Other events include Taste of the Turf Club on Sundays beginning November 14 where you’ll enjoy locally-inspired cuisine, a reserved Turf Club table seat, general parking and bottomless Mimosas, Aperol Spritz or Bloody Marys.

And on Saturday, November 20th, taste the best in craft brews, hard seltzers and sparkling beverages at Beer and Fizz Fest. It runs throughout the day starting at 12 p.m. in the west end of grandstand. Beer and Fizz Fest is sponsored by Green Flash Brewing.

So, make plans to gather your friends and come out this fall for the Bing Crosby Season at Del Mar, where the turf meets the surf.
