You traveled to the United States with your sister at just 8 years old thanks to the courage of your mother. How do you feel your humble beginnings have driven you to succeed? My humble beginnings are the cornerstones and foundation that sparked my determination to pursue my dreams and passions. It has influenced me and helped open my eyes to see all the possibilities and opportunities in both real estate and all of my other business ventures. It’s taught me the importance and value of relationships, building trust and dependability. The real estate market is very competitive. I’ve always aspired to be a market leader. It’s important to distinguish yourself in a way that matters. To me, it’s about working with the highest level of integrity and knowing that my clients are entrusting me to help them sell or purchase a home.
When it comes to trends in home design, what’s in and what’s out? Single-level homes with bigger backyards, pickleball courts and space to lounge are in. People want clean, contemporary looks with a white color scheme. As for what’s out, heavy Tuscan brick homes with old-world charm are taking a back seat. Clients are looking for brighter interiors.
What do you love most about what you do? I love meeting people and hearing their stories; everybody’s story is unique and different. It’s been a fascinating experience with all of the clients I’ve met over the years.
