Prepare your pastels, Easter is coming quickly. This year, the holiday falls on Sunday, April 9 and what’s more perfect for spring than a bountiful brunch? 1540 Camino Del Mar, Del Mar / Website
Check out this coastal resort for Easter brunch, served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Menu highlights are set to include short rib Benedict and sesame-crusted ahi tataki, among others. Brunch is priced at $160 per adult and $85 per child. Reservations can be made here.

Relax along the Mission Bay shoreline with a family-style Easter brunch, served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Covewood. Enjoy a starter, two appetizers, three different entree items and dessert for this special brunch, with entree options including prime rib roast or lemon basil cavatelli. This year, Fairmont Grand Del Mar will hold a lavish Easter brunch buffet, with an egg hunt, live entertainment, and a visit from the Easter bunny for the kids. The family-friendly buffet will feature a seafood bar, carving stations, mouthwatering entrees, and an array of desserts. Brunch will have seatings at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. in the Manchester Salon and Elizabeth Ballroom. Enjoy a three-course prix fixe brunch atop Garibaldi’s rooftop patio, served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Easter Sunday. On the menu, find highlights like asparagus frittata, breakfast sfincione, beef filet bruciuluni, eggs Benedict Garibaldi, and risotto al tartufo. For dessert, choose between a pistachio morning bun and lemon tart. For a touch more luxury, osetra caviar and truffles will be available to add on. George’s At The Cove isn’t usually open for brunch, but for Easter Sunday it is pulling out all the stops. The special menu will feature eggs Benedict, brioche French toast, a fish sandwich and a grass-fed burger, as well as sticky toffee pudding cake and vanilla bean creme brûlée for dessert. There will be a chilled seafood bar, carving stations, regionally-inspired dishes and a decadent dessert bar, among numerous other tasty stations. Located just off of Lake San Marcos, treat your crew to a lavish Easter brunch buffet. Dinner will be served from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. and the special menu will feature highlights like carne cruda, black cod, shepherd’s pie and lamb leg.
