THE PARTY Women flocked to La Jolla Shores for the unveiling of L’Etoile Sport, a new luxury line of tennis and golf apparel that’s racking up fans for its winning style on and off the court. Marilyn and Mike Rosen’s mod manse, a Bill Hyer-designed masterpiece, hosted the afternoon trunk show. THE SCENE Leslie Fastlicht Russo, Annie Finch-Carlson and Jennifer Greenfield were among the high-profile ladies who came to check out the fashion-forward looks. Garment racks were lined with Italian knit pique polos, cashmere golf dresses and cardis, while models sported Gatsby-esque drop-waisted tennis dresses and lace-trimmed shorts. Nibbling on tea sandwiches, squash soup shooters and ginger cookies, attendees couldn’t ignore the Rosens’ contemporary art collection, featuring works by Mel Bochner. THE HIGHLIGHTS The elevated take on tennis whites will be carried at Rancho Valencia Resort’s Sheridan boutique and Kerut on Girard in La Jolla. Love! Photos by Tim Hardy,
