As San Diego’s millennials prepare to graduate and enter a difficult job market, many will be seeking careers through traditional, often impersonal and outdated career fairs that aren’t geared toward the way businesses work today and hire for tomorrow.
With that in mind, the new alternative is San Diego’s first-ever public Graduation Party & Job Fair that will be held at SILO in Makers Quarter on May 30 from 4-8 PM.
This 21+ event is open to the public and will be a fun and interactive way for employers and potential employees to truly capture a sense of whom they would be working with and what they have to offer. Some of San Diego’s leading STEM employers including tech giants Microsoft and Sony, and startups such as Stay Classy, Black Swan Search and Pacific Arts Movement will be in attendance, with additional employers to be announced.
