FOREVER YOUNG San Diego’s newest gem from CH Projects is shining bright in the East Village. Meet Young Blood, a cocktail-driven, 16-seat concept that’s reached by entering Neighborhood restaurant, then passing through the storied Noble Experiment bar. The intimate space, wrought with glamour and decadent details, is the pinnacle of what the CH team—including Anthony Schmidt, Sam Ross and Arsalun Tafazoli—has learned over its illustrious tenure. Expect an immersive imbibing experience featuring ever-evolving and rotating beverage options. “We put an irrational level of detail into this project,” says Tafazoli. “To think of where we started and where we are, on a personal level it’s rewarding that we’ve been so supported by the San Diego community and beyond. I’m hoping there are enough weirdos like us who will appreciate it.” We’ll raise a glass to that. consortiumholdings.com
