The Party: La Jolla’s Pacific Shore Platinum elevated the humble open house when it hosted a chic soirée at a $5.6 million charmer on Camino de la Costa—the street of dreams in real estate lingo. The Scene: Guests toured the five-bedroom, resort-inspired home, sipping wine and dabbling in cooking demos provided by Dining Details, S.D.’s premier personal chef outfit.
