THE PARTY Patrons of the La Jolla Music Society brought the spirit of New Orleans to the streets of the Gaslamp for their annual gala. THE SCENE Guests feasted on oyster po’boys and other Creole and Cajun delicacies in a boa- and bead-dripping brick courtyard at the Horton Grand Hotel, which mimicked Bourbon Street. THE HIGHLIGHT Led through the streets by the Euphoria Brass Band, guests arrived at the Balboa Theater for a spirited performance of Ma Maison by the Preservation Hall Jazz Band and the dancers of the Trey McIntyre Project.
