Join Lewis Cellars General Manager Dennis Bell and Wine Director Jesse Rodriguez for the Lewis Cellars Wine Dinner at Amaya at The Grand Del Mar as they pair French oak whites and big, opulent reds with a delicious three‐course menu, including Poached King Salmon and Peking Roasted Duck Breast prepared by Amaya’s Executive Chef Camron Woods.

After dinner, sip fall‐infused cocktails in the Lobby Lounge or dance at Club M, featuring live entertainment by Kicks (7-10 PM) and DJ Noel 2033 (10 PM - 1:30 AM).
