Step into the sultry spice-filled air of the Bombay Bazaar on Sunday, April 27 from 5-9 p.m. at SILO in Makers Quarter. Guest will be surrounded with jewel-toned saris, colorful flowers, sitar music, and the succulent tastes of spicy curries, samosas, tandoori and vindaloo, interpreted by San Diego's most creative chefs and restaurants. They'll have the option to get a henna tattoo, take a lesson and join a Bollywood dance party, bid on exciting auction items, and enjoy the overall entertainment of the event.
Also, 45 minutes before the event opens, guests can enjoy lively conversation and a champagne toast with the evening's featured chefs. Limited Chef's Toast tickets include a special dish and a preview of the night's offerings.
