Executive chef Tim Kolanko’s decadent prix-fixe menu for the special day boasts mini butter croissants, smoked salmon pizzetta, lobster cappelletti and short rib shakshuka—just to name a few.
For scenic Mother’s Day wining and dining in Rancho Santa Fe, Mille Fleurs is hosting family-friendly brunch and dinner specials with elevated classics. Executive chef Harrison Axelrod and pastry chef “Papa” Moussa’s holiday menus include seasonal bites like strawberry ricotta crepes, traditional Wienerschnitzel and lemon verbena crème brûlée made just for the occasion.
