There will be two delectable burger specials: A southwest burger with two beef patties, swiss cheese, applewood smoked bacon, garlic cilantro aioli, jalapeno jam and crispy onion strings, and a SMG double burger with a brioche bun, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and remoulade sauce. Watch the talented chefs of Ranch 45 as they battle it out in a hamburger cook off competition. There will be four rounds of competition, with the first round kicking off on Wednesday, May 18 and will run until Saturday, May 28. Guests will be able to vote for their favorite burger by purchasing the creation. After each round, the chefs and their burgers will be highlighted on Ranch 45’s Instagram page, so you can play along even if you don’t go into the restaurant. The winning burger will be determined based on which creation sells the most. Follow the restaurant’s Instagram to stay up-to-date on the competition.
