Celebrate the new year with a four-course menu from Animae. Lavish menu items will include hamachi crudo, truffle Wagyu wontons, branzino cha cha, bone-in pork katsu, and the option to add caviar service. For dessert, indulge in Mostra coffee chocolate mousse bar and pear and hojicha roll cake. Featuring both surf and turf, the menu will feature raw oysters, sturgeon crudo, fried pork belly, butter bean soup, and a wood-fired filet, among others. For dessert, indulge in a chocolate mousse bar and citrus cake. There will be 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. seatings, priced at $90 per adult and $41 per child. Check out this luxe new steakhouse for a four-course prix fixe New Year’s Eve menu. Menu highlights will include chorizo Spanish octopus, seared Wagyu, white asparagus and black truffle bisque, Maryland lump crab stuffed salmon filet, and eye of rib, among others. For dessert, choose from tres leches churro, new haven cheesecake, and flourless chocolate souffle cake. Dinner will be served from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and will be priced at $125 per person.
