According to Neiman Marcus Fashion Director Ken Downing (quite possibly the most quotable man on the planet), Mark Zuckerbergshouldn’t be the only exec with a hoodie collection. While emceeing the VIP fashion show (in a sport coat and hoodie), Downing called out the season’s trends. Two words: gray denim. Oh, and Tom Ford dinner jackets can be paired with board shorts—just in case you’ve been pondering the mashup.

Our friends Chef Drew and Panache Productions doled out the gourmet nibbles while Snake Oil Cocktail Co. served the drinks. Guests sipped The Macallan Scotch on settees courtesy of Lounge Appeal, but only after receiving the evening’s keepsake:
