When it comes to the menu, Secret Table’s culinary team crafts personalized food journeys based on a client’s purpose and goals. “We pride ourselves on having no set menus for anything,” says Secret Table founder, Pablo A. Fernandez. And while these bespoke experiences are a massive undertaking, all participants have to do is show up with an open mind and healthy appetite. And why might the dining table be the ideal space to exchange ideas and make new, worthwhile connections? According to Nathan Snyder, Secret Table’s director of culinary arts, the table is a place where sensibilities, passions and perspectives all have a seat—and everyone from authors to celebrity nutritionists to angel investors and philanthropists have pulled up a chair at a Secret Table experience. Recently, the company acquired a local urban farm and event space in North County, and it is the future site for dinners and events.
