Rolls-Royce hosted its annual Contemporary Classic Cocktail Party to kick off the La Jolla Concours d’Elegance at The Lot.
THE PARTY With the annual La Jolla Concours d’Elegance comes a spectacular parade of the world’s finest automobiles coursing down Girard Avenue—and a procession of parties. This year, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars kicked off the celebrations with its Contemporary Classic Cocktail Party, hosted at The Lot La Jolla. THE SCENE San Diego’s car enthusiasts and elite, including Edward and Jessica Cox, enjoyed a Balvenie scotch tasting and sweet serenades by Andrea Brook of Sonic Butterfly Productions, before an exciting live auction benefiting the La Jolla Historical Society. THE HIGHLIGHTS Of course, the main attraction was the bevy of premier and special-edition cars, including the Rolls-Royce Wraith, the Phantom and the West Coast debut of the striking Dawn convertible model.
