San Diego’s most prominent and talked about mixologists are all getting together for the anticipated San Diego Bay Food and Wine Festival All-Star Mixologist Afterparty, hosted by THE US GRANT Hotel on Saturday, November 19th from 8 PM to midnight at the hotel. Complimentary tray passed appetizers will be available with an innovative collaboration of cocktails prepared by the San Diego Bar Guild’s All-Star Cast, including mixologists from THE US GRANT's Grant Grill, Craft & Commerce, Noble Experiment, Prohibition, Snake Oil/Searsucker, Vin de Syrah, Mistral at Loews and Jayne's Gastropub. Also, there will be live music and a silent auction with various prizes to bid on.
Three bar stations will rotate throughout the evening to feature a “mixologist of the hour,” each showcasing his/ her individual style and talents. Techniques will include smoke, block ice, infusions, exotic produce and wine cocktails, each guaranteed to stir awe and inspiration into the eventful evening. In addition to complimentary tray passed bites, the the Afterparty will have a champagne, oyster and bacon station for guests to sample $1 drinks to match their culinary content.
