Sheraton San Diego Harbor's Edge restaurant offers a festive Christmas Dinner Buffet complemented by extraordinary marina views. Served from 3-9PM on Christmas Day, guests can enjoy assorted salads including a Tortellini seafood salad with aged Sherry vinaigrette or Watercress & fingerling potato salad with spicy mustard dressing, and a Carving Station with thyme and black pepper seasoned prime rib or Salmon Coulbiac with wild mushroom, fresh spinach and sliced egg, baked in flakey puff pastry served with béarnaise sauce. Traditional accompaniments including shrimp and crab bisque en croute, roasted winter vegetables, cranberry walnut rice pilaf and more will be served along with the Pastry Chef's table of holiday favorites including Buche de Noelle, Berry Trifle and more.
