THE SCENE There wasn’t a dry eye in the house when 16-year-old Rady Children’s patient and cancer survivor Austin Gatus performed “When You Wish Upon a Star” on the saxophone. Wayne Foster Entertainment filled the Carousel Room with soulful sounds that kept guests on their feet.
