The benefit is an extension of the BRO-AM Beach Fest, a free, all-ages event at Moonlight Beach complete with food, entertainment, and a surfing contest. The benefit party aims to bring people together to support local causes and is held several days after the beach fest.
Throughout the night, guests will see intimate live performances from San Diego-based and Grammy award-winning rock band Switchfoot. Other surprise special guests will perform in tandem.

Since the first event in 2005, the BRO-AM Benefit Party has taken place in undisclosed locations, and this year will be the same. Patrons will be notified of the party’s location after their ticket has been purchased.
Enjoy tastes from the best of San Diego’s restaurant scene, including Solana Beach’s Ranch 45, an inventive butchery, eatery and cafe wrapped into one, and Encinitas-based Herb & Sea, a delectable seafood restaurant and bar.
Guests will be served flavorful dishes, such as fresh ceviche, green tea soba noodles, and shaved Brandt Beef. Vendors have been carefully selected for this event, with each one aligned to BRO-AM’s mission to give back to the local community.
A live auction will be held at the benefit, providing guests with the opportunity to bid on a variety of exciting items. Bidding can be done live or virtually, and proceeds will support several nonprofit organizations, including A Step Beyond, the Challenged Athletes Foundations, Feeding San Diego, Monarch Schools, and the Save The Music Foundation.

Three packages are available for purchase, giving guests the option of general admission tickets, reserved seats or VIP lounges. Those with reserved seats will be closer to the performance, while general admission ticket holders will enjoy the night alongside food and drink at a belly bar.
