Save the Date! Thornton Winery and Grant Grill join to create a sophisticated culinary combination of award-winning local wines and seasonal provisions. The pre-set 5-course dinner is paired with Temecula’s Thornton Wine and California sparkling wine. Courses include savory and luscious dishes such as the Sweet Onion Bouillon with brioche toast, melted onions, nutmeg butter and a poached quail egg and the palate-stimulating Albacore with green onion, Dashi, fennel puree and Maitake mushrooms. The event will be hosted inside the US GRANT Hotel. Seating is limited and menus are subject to change.
