Trinchero Wine Dinner

As part of an ongoing Wine Dinner series, Park Hyatt Aviara hosted a one-of-a-kind "BYOB" event that taught guests how to "Build Your Own Bordeaux" style blend with guidance from Winemaker Carlo Trinchero of Napa Valley. While they mastered the art of blending, guests dined on an incredible four-course seasonal menu at Argyle Steakhouse. The Wine Dinner Series continues on September 27th, celebrate the Wine Harvest with Benziger Winery while enjoying a menu comprised of the finest local organic biodynamic produce.
