We’ve all had to get a bit creative lately when it comes to happy hours and quenching our thirst for creative cocktails at our favorite local watering holes. Luckily, mixologist Raul Ayala with Dirty Habit (12 Fourth St., 415.348.1555, viceroyhotelsandresorts.com) has shared the recipe for his popular concoction, The Noble Soul. (Virtual) Cheers!
A Noble Soul
1 oz. Noble Oak bourbon ¾ oz. lemon juice ½ oz. apricot shrub (apricot juice, Juniper, Oolong black tea) ½ oz. macadamia orgeat 2 oz. Prosecco
Shake and double strain the ingredients, then pour into a large coupe glass. Garnish with rosemary.
