Move over, craft beer—San Diego's got a new drink. Hard cider is becoming so popular, four San Diego County cideries have opened in the last year, alone. Here's the skinny on the naturally fermented apple, naturally gluten-free tipple.

Bivouac Ciderworks

Guthrie CiderWorks

Raging Cider

Serpentine Cider
